  • SmashCare will endeavour to ensure that an insurance company assessor, assess your vehicle as soon as possible, allowing SmashCare to commence work on your vehicle sooner.
  • In the instance that an insurance assessor wishes to inspect your vehicle at each repair stage before authorising the next phase to be carried out, SmashCare will do their upmost to minimise down time by coordinating necessary inspections in advance.
  • On the occasion SmashCare discovers damage that was not originally suspected due to the nature of the accident, a friendly staff member will call you immediately to inform you of the unsuspected damage and the repair process SmashCare will undertake and expected time frames to rectify it.
